“My last major public commission was completed in early 2016, though I have put some energy since then in repairing a few major pieces.

My recent work has focused on painting and printmaking. The most recent paintings are on board, and refer to memories of extended family. Another set, on canvas, center on my studio-home in Pilsen. Yet others revisit autobiography, and honor family and close friends. My recent printmaking is woodcut and linocut. Much of it, as are the paintings also, in response to the suppression of public life and the personal isolation resulting from the unending public epidemic.”
